Products

Built for machines that go underwater and keep flexing.

Four core ranges. Non-standard constructions are our normal business, not an exception.

Zero-buoyancy underwater robot cable, PUR jacket

Zero-Buoyancy Robot Cable

ROV · UNDERWATER ROBOTS

Neutrally buoyant PUR cable that neither sinks nor drags the vehicle. Foam-insulated cores, Kevlar or aramid strength members on request.

ROV tether and umbilical cable on reel

ROV Tether & Umbilical

POWER + SIGNAL + FIBER

2/26 AWG up to 2/4 mm² constructions, supplied on reels, with connectors fitted or bare ends. Balanced for deck handling and continuous flexing.

PUR subsea umbilical with foam insulation, cross section

PUR Subsea Umbilical, Hybrid

SEABED · LONG LIFETIME

PUR sheath over foam insulation, water-blocked construction with power cores and optical fibres in one cable. The section shown is a real cross-cut from our line.

Custom multi-core hybrid cables, colored cross sections

MADE TO YOUR DRAWING

Power, signal, coax and fibre combined in one jacket. Your core count, your colours, your OD — send the drawing, we build the line around it.

Technology

Why zero buoyancy decides whether your ROV works.

A normal cable is heavier than water. Underwater, its own weight pulls the vehicle down all the time — the ROV burns thrust just to hold position, and control gets worse with every metre of depth.

  • Neutral buoyancy — foam-insulated construction keeps the cable weightless in water
  • Less thrust wasted — the robot spends power on work, not on carrying its cable
  • Stable at depth — no sag, no jerk, no sudden drag on the manipulator side
  • Tensile members inside — the cable takes the pull, not the connectors
Watch the difference: a standard cable sinks and drags the robot down.
The factory

One roof: stranding, extrusion, armouring, testing.

We are the manufacturer, not a trading office. Every step from copper rod to finished reel happens in our plant in Hubei — which is why short runs and odd constructions are possible here.
